10. What to wear
I recommend wearing a warm pair of socks and our gold yoni steaming gown. Or you can wrap a sheet around you from the waist down.
11. Herbs Used:
Mugwort, Raspberry, Rosemary, Red Clover, Motherwort, Rose, Yerba Mate
Lavender, Yarrow, Peppermint, Jasmine flower.
12. DIRECTIONS:
Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Add a half cup of yoni steaming herbs to boiling water. Gently simmer for 10 minutes, keep covered. While your herbs simmer, set up to a relaxing vibe for steaming. After the herbs have simmered for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and allow the water & herbs to cool for 5 minutes. Carefully pour the hot water and herbs into your heat safe basin. Position the basin below where you will sit. Disrobe from the waist down, but leave on a warm pair of socks. Sit comfortably above the basin with your yoni exposed to the steam. The steam should feel warm but not too hot. Wear your yoni steaming robe or wrap yourself in a towel or sheet from the waist down keep yourself warm and the steam contained. Relax and enjoy the healing benefits for 30- 45minutes  Suggested to steam 2-3 times a month before or after your menstrual cycle.
